Staff were wonderful, it was really hot (42 C) and we had dogs with us, so we tried to check in at 2pm and they said check in was 3pm. After a bit of a chat, they looked for an available room for us, which was very nice. They tried to accommodate us and we were very happy. The property is very clean, great location.

It is a beautiful hotel with lovely landscaping. Sitting in the covered areas was very relaxing, the pool was calm and soothing.

The room was recently renovated and very clean although it is older. The entire property was nice. Very pretty pool although I didn't use it. Nice outside sitting areas..

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The outdoor palapa areas are very nice to hang out in. The restaurant has an amazing morning crew, but then terrible staff in the afternoon. Breakfast is great.

Breakfast was included and housekeepers are very nice. The pool is also a great area.
